Radiology Technician Schools in Kansas

Locals in Kansas have a selection of radiology technician schools to achieve a certificate, associate or bachelor degree. The employment outlook is promising in the radiology profession.   3. The patient is prepared for the diagnostic image procedure. A radiation device is used to protect other areas of the body to avoid radiation exposure.
  4.  The radiology technician is required to record the patient’s information and to make notations of possible abnormalities. The information and notations are collected for a medical doctor to review and make a diagnosis.
  5. Radiology equipment have to be properly maintained. Radiology technicians are responsible for cleaning and setting up the equipment for use on each patient. The setting have to be adjusted and corrected to ensure quality and effective images.
